Cutera partners with MATA to Offer Ofqual Regulated Training
Aesthetic device manufacturer, Cutera, has recently announced a new training partnership with Medical Aesthetic Training Academy (MATA).
The brand says this collaboration marks a “significant step forward in the quality of training available to all Cutera providers” wishing to gain Ofqual regulated Level 4 qualifications alongside their standard manufacturers’ training.
Through this partnership, Cutera providers now have exclusive access to Level 4 bespoke training programmes, aimed at empowering them to deliver exceptional outcomes in their practices.
These training sessions will count towards official qualifications within the aesthetic sector, endorsed by MATA and compliant with the strict standards set by the Joint
Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) and the Cosmetic Practice Standards Authority (CPSA).
One of the key offerings under this partnership is the CIBTAC Level 4 Certificate in Laser and Light Treatment, an Ofqual-approved qualification designed to equip delegates with the proficiency to perform a diverse range of aesthetic procedures, including advanced techniques such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and vascular and pigmentation.
Sam Keene, regional leader at Cutera UK, commented, “We are thrilled to join forces with MATA, a distinguished institution known for its unwavering commitment to excellence in medical aesthetics education. This new partnership is a testament to our commitment to raising industry standards and ensuring that Cutera providers receive the highest quality training available.”
This collaborative effort between Cutera UK and MATA underscores a shared dedication to elevating educational standards in medical aesthetics, ultimately enhancing the outcomes delivered by Cutera providers.
