How to find hidden profit in your business

As a clinic owner or aesthetic practitioner, it takes a lot of effort to grow your revenue and to see what is really working.

What actions are you taking that are getting new clients in the door? Or bringing back the repeat ones? Are there any adverts or promotions you've put out there that have worked well? Which ones didn’t?

Most clinic owners or aesthetic practitioners don't track their efforts to see what is working and what isn't. It’s so valuable to know what’s giving you the best results.
