Liz McKeon announces new retail course for clinic owners

Business expert Liz McKeon has launched a new programme providing insights to business owners on how best to leverage the opportunities that retail sales present to attract and retain exceptional star team members.

Building on McKeon’s personal experience of achieving a 70% retail turnover for her own business, she realised that the retail process she developed could be an integral programme to attend for those looking to build their business and maximise retail as a revenue stream during 2024.

The programme is also suitable for brands looking to help stockists increase their retail sales and clinic owners struggling to retain top talent. The programme aims to help clinic owners identify how they can structure their retail department and attract, retain and increase loyalty to their business while, in turn, increasing client retention and profit per visit.

Throughout the programme, McKeon will lecture on several topics, including:
• The opportunities that retail brings
• How to get real about the numbers
• How to make the numbers happen
• How to break down the barriers to retailing
• How to manage your retail revenue
• Commission, bonuses and how to use retail to retain your team.

Two weeks after the programme, clinic owners and managers are provided with an online Zoom session to assess how everything they have put into practice is working, along with an update on improving their sales.
