Following the success of its inaugural event in 2023, Pause Live, consumer counterpart to Menopause in Aesthetics, has announced its 2024 return this International Women’s Day (March 8).

Pause Live will be back in ExCel, London on Saturday, September 14, 2024.

Menopause is becoming an increasingly talked about conversation point for 2024, as women fight back for control on their body and lives. Pause Live! aims to reconstruct the narrative on menopause, create a positive environment for women to ‘meet their tribe’, and get the support that they may not be able to access from their GP.

The 2023 event featured an educational stage, workshops, a wellness hub, and an educational live stage line-up, bringing together leading doctors and advocates, celebs and innovative brands.

This year’s line-up will include medical experts in gut health, hair, skin, and hormones, menopause advocates, celebrities, and over 70 exhibitors - making Pause Live the launchpad for brand-new, innovative products on the market.

The event prompted a community feel, and encouraged thought-provoking conversations that helped women feel more empowered and prepared for menopause.

Coverage from the Metro on Pause Live stated, “Another lady who had travelled from Manchester to the event had been struggling with hair loss due to the menopause. This event had given her an opportunity to meet with doctors, hair specialists and discover products aimed at hair loss. And on that note, I take my hat off to the organisers of Pause Live! who provided such an excellent menopause roadshow.”.

For 2024, Pause Live! plans to take this to the next level with even more life-changing education, growing awareness of available treatments, laughter, and fun.

“I really believe that this event is changing lives. Menopause and its many symptoms can feel overwhelming sometimes, but there are solutions that can help you thrive, and we believe that Pause Live gives women access to information and treatments that they might not even be aware exist,” says Pause Live! founder, Charlotte Body.

“Finding your tribe makes all the difference to women who haven’t previously felt seen or heard at this transitional time of their lives. We hope that this International Women’s Day see’s women taking back the reins on their menopause. The feedback we had was that Pause Live! was fun as well as educational. Laughter really is the best medicine”.
