Training launches for clinic receptionists

Aesthetic Response, a dedicated call and enquiry management service for the aesthetics sector, has introduced an aesthetic receptionist call and enquiry handling training course: Building On Success: Progressive training for aesthetic frontline excellence. 

Aesthetic Response has been supporting aesthetic clinics with calls, enquiries, and appointment booking for 12 years. Using this experience, and the training techniques developed over that time, it has created an online training program designed to support the role of receptionists and front of house staff. This is a comprehensive initiative, aiming to equip front of house staff with the foundational skills and knowledge needed to excel in their role, enhancing the overall patient experience.

In an industry where first impressions matter, the role of the clinic receptionist is pivotal. The course addresses the unique challenges faced by clinic owners and their receptionists in the aesthetics sector, offering a tailored curriculum that goes beyond conventional training. From developing great communication skills, having a good working knowledge of GDPR, to understanding the importance of representing and reflecting the clinic’s brand, the course aims to inform and equip.

The course has 10 online modules, with additional quizzes and downloads, allowing students to work at a pace that suits their schedules.
