Edited by health journalist and founding editor of Aesthetic Medicine Magazine, Vicky Eldrige, with an editorial board led by women’s health expert Dr Mayoni Gooneratne.
The quarterly publication is dedicated to providing healthcare and wellness professionals with insight into evidence-led information, bridging the gap between healthcare and wellness professionals and patients with evidence-based information and product reviews.
The first issue, now available, spotlights gut health as a foundation for overall wellness and healthy aging. Exploring the latest microbiome research and practical, personalised strategies to improve digestion, immunity, mental health, and sleep for better patient outcomes.
